hello all…i swear i’m gonna try to update more often then i have been.

hello all, so i’ll make this as short as possible. this is what’s been going on in my life lately…

i’ve been busy putting together three books and other merch for

so if you’re in the portland area, come by and see me at table 112…woooo!
so that brings me to other news…so the stuff for the fest is:

doodles of the drunk #1
which is going to be a collection of strips starting from the end of last year up until next week. many that haven’t even been seen on the webcomic page.

also i’ve been working on a 20 page preview of a graphic novel written by stephen hines and illustrated by yours truely. more on that when the editing is done.

finally, fine print press
a collective group label of me and my buddies…we’re putting together a preview of our anthology “White Rabbit” which will come out later in the year…i’m shooting for late summer, as well as other publications we’re working on.

so yeah, you for sure want to come by and see us in portland seeing as all this shit debuts at stumptown. any how yup, we’ll i better get going, back to work. also i’ll be posting a new doodles before the comic fest to catch everyone up on what has happened to me lately. so yeah stay tuned. thanks all have a good one. bye.

hi guys, just had enough time to drop a quick line while at my day job.
any how if you’ve been wondering what’s been going on lately, obviously i’ve been really busy with work on a new book, written by this gentleman. the story is really cool and i will soon have a twenty page preview to show off…actually that’s what i’ve been working on mainly, as well as a preview for me and my friends anthology book “White Rabbit” and the first volume of “Doodles of the Drunk” (which you can still read most of them online)
All of this will be debuted at stumptown in april.

so hello again…listen i apologize for the lack of updates on this blog as well as for “Doodles of the Drunk.” I just wanted to drop a line and say hello…
my schedule lately (in case you’re curious) has been shitty crazy like:

7:30am - wake up and start getting ready for my day job
2:00pm - lunch break at said day job…work on page lay outs and break downs
6:15pm - 8:15pm - usually getting off of said day job
9:00pm - finally get home (oh yeah, i no longer live in a hotel room, i live in a real apartment, in a real room, with real roommates!)
9:45pm - get to work on what ever needs to be drawn up (lately pages for freelance job graphic novel)
3:00am - bed time…

be ready though i have a lot of material for DOODLES when i get a chance to upload them…oh yeah and that’s the other thing…my scanner broke recently, so yeah need a new one…DAMMIT!
ok i guess that’s all, bye.

PS: wondercon ‘08, was freakin’ sweet…yeah i got to chill in artist alley and draw, a big thanks to Brian Kolm for that opportunity and thanks to the two people that made me feel cool and draw them something, next stop STUMPTOWN COMICFEST. bye.

hello all, sorry for the long wait on an update…shits been crazy. actually there’s a new doodles of the drunk up right now that actually gives a reason of why i have been m.i.a. so yeah enjoy it, i know it’s been pretty entertaining for me.
now on to business. for the contest and the winners. well first thank you all for your submissions, so as a small gift to all of you who didn’t make it to the top two spots you will all receive an emailed image for entering the contest. as for the winners…

any how, the reason i bring this up again is because, if you run over and read the latest strip (#5) you can see that i am having a little contest again. heres how it goes:
my birthday is coming up and for a present i want to see if people can draw me…yeah it’s weird but what ever. so yeah you can use the steps i laid out for you on how to draw the cartoon version of me, or find random images online and try to do your best at illustrating me.

hey all i’m back to start my new year. hope you all had a good holiday season. there really is only one new thing out of my “things to do list ‘08″ that has started so far…it’s my pseudo attempt to introduce all of you who don’t know me that well by doing a bunch of random strips at least one a week, possibly more, that will be ongoing until the end of april, that’s when i take a break from it. but yeah, head over to webcomicsnation and check it out under doodles of the drunk

hello all, it’s been a bit since last time, just a little heads up.

announcements: i give up on the rest of this year, i’m done until next year…i know it’s only like three days away, but whatever. also, i’m hoping to have some new stuff going on here on the site, such as comic strips, updated gallery entries and have the gallery broke up into genres and styles and what not. this may be a while before all this happens seeing as before the new year starts i am currently unemployed and am looking for a place to live. so yeah, wish me luck in the new year and hopefully all this stuff can happen. have a safe and happy new year all, talk to ya all in 2008! bye.
